Surface and weather

The app cannot inspect the green

Generated scenes and packaged prompts cannot determine the current surface, wind, rain, heat, visibility, equipment condition, venue layout or availability. Check current conditions through appropriate sources and follow the people responsible for the activity.

General preparation

Control and shared space first

Before delivery

Confirm the lane is clear, the bowl is controlled, current guidance is understood and there is a safe option to stop.

During movement

Remain settled, avoid walking after a moving bowl and protect the concentration and route of the active person.

At the head

Wait until movement has stopped. Do not touch bowls or the jack; follow the proper measuring and decision process.

After the session

Collect only when directed, return equipment, clear paths and use the current venue channel for a genuine issue.

Not medical guidance

Health and emergency boundary

Greenstage Bowls does not diagnose technique, assess fitness, prevent injury, provide medical or rehabilitation advice, or monitor an emergency. Stop when participation is not comfortable. Seek an appropriate qualified professional for health questions and use local emergency services for urgent circumstances.

Authority

Rules and decisions

The app is not an umpire, measuring authority, rules engine, scorekeeper, team selector or controlling body. Current Laws of the Sport, event Conditions of Play and appointed officials determine formal matters. Never present an app illustration as proof of a rule, line, score or measurement.
