Ask what helps
Face the person, use plain language, allow response time and ask what would make information easier to follow.
Make room before making assumptions
Practical arrival and communication prompts for adults, with clear boundaries around access, privacy and supervision.
Welcome
A newcomer can first watch one complete turn, ask where to wait, confirm the route, and choose whether to observe or participate. The app never assumes that a visible facility, equipment item or session is available. Opening hours, fees, formats and access arrangements require current confirmation.
Inclusive communication
Face the person, use plain language, allow response time and ask what would make information easier to follow.
Do not infer health, disability, mobility, hearing, sight, confidence or ability from appearance.
Leave room for different movement patterns and mobility aids. Offer help only after asking.
A person can decline help, observation, participation, explanation or reflection without giving personal information.
Supervision boundary
The product is adult-facing and creates no child account, private messaging, photo upload, location sharing, public profile or targeted advertising. If a younger person encounters the app, an authorized adult remains responsible for supervision, participation and safeguarding. Do not record safeguarding concerns in the app.
